Strategic response
We separated local capture and inference from cloud coordination, then designed visible sync states, conflict handling, and reviewer checkpoints.
System
Offline-first journeys, edge inference concept, cross-platform interface, sync protocol, exception dashboard, and quality plan.
Concept outcome

We paired on-device recognition with editable results, confidence cues, and background synchronisation that never hides unresolved conflicts.
